I ordered my shipment using aliexpress direct. I never got my shipment. When i contact aliexpress customers care they ask me to open dispute to save your money or contact the store. Why should the customer do all the hassle.. I ordered for 200$ with aliexpress direct. Now when i open dispute for each items to refund back i will only get 170 $ back. So in others words the customer has to bear all the loss. Aliexpress doesn’t helps at all. I had a online chat with the agent they don’t understand our situation just asking to open dispute.. They don’t care about the exchange rate and loss. I waited for anniversary sale to began and what i got a lie… This comment has nothing to do with seller rating but i really want people to read my comments and get to know aliexpress handles it customers.
